REPLACEMENT LENSES FOR LEWMAR OPENING PORTHOLES
(Old standard size)
Replace your crazed Lewmar clickstop porthole
lenses. Click on the drawing to check the size is right. Print
it out at full size (on larger windows you may need to tile
the image if you only have an A4 printer). If we haven't got
a match send us one of your old ones and we will copy it.
Available in clear acrylic or with a smoke grey or bronze tint.
Sorry, but we are unable to reproduce the new style porthole lenses but we have a few genuine Lewmar units listed below.
If your portholes are leaking, before you change the closing seal which is very long lasting, check the condition of the horizontal spacers between the two halves of the frame on the outside. Have a poke at them and if they are crumbling dig out all the UV damaged plastic, make sure the metal is clean then reseal with Arbosil 1096. Masking around the join before applying sealant will make a much neater job.
Old Style porthole lenses have new Orings for the handles and nylon washers for the hinges included in the price.

We are now selling made to length and joined closing seals for Lewmar portholes. Please note that these are not identical to the original specification which was fitted to the frame extrusion before it was bent to shape. Our seals have to be stuck in place with a contact adhesive (which is probably what you will end up doing if you buy the Lewmar part).
