Baton Cam Lock

WASHBOARD THICKNESS: Up to 21mm (13/16"). This lock is similar to those on Westerlys. It can be used on acrylic or wood companionway drop-in boards. The locking bar (cam) extends 36mm from the centreline of the lock barrel and requires a slot or striker 30mm back from the front face of the washboard. If your existing locking bar is different you can take it off the old lock and use it on the new one or we can manufacture spacers or longer or doglegged bars at extra cost.

6mm acrylic spacer used between lock and front face of board will reduce distance between front face of board and the lock bar to 24mm.

The 12mm acrylic spacer used between lock and front face of board will reduce distance between front face of board and the lock bar to 18mm. Maximum board thickness 10mm.
